We’re excited to welcome Cassandra Elizabeth Sears to the Sanford-Springvale YMCA for a special evening of natural wellness and connection.
An organic gardener, herbal wellness educator, and community herbalist with more than 18 years of hands-on experience, Cassandra has spent her life cultivating plants, exploring Maine’s wild places, and helping others reconnect with the healing power of nature. Through community presentations, botanical education, and personalized health coaching, she teaches simple, practical ways to support everyday well-being using herbs and plant-based traditions. A graduate of the Vermont Center of Integrative Herbalism and author of Botanical Bar Craft, Cassandra brings both knowledge and heart to every conversation — and her book will be available for signing.
During this beginner-friendly Spirit, Mind & Body herbal wellness presentation, you’ll discover how natural, plant-based supports can boost energy, improve recovery, ease stress, and strengthen overall resilience. You’ll learn safe, approachable ways to incorporate herbs and botanical rituals into your daily routine and walk away with tools you can use right away to build lasting vitality from the inside out. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to deepen your wellness journey, this is a welcoming space to learn, connect, and grow together.
