Scholarship program
The YMCA is dedicated to providing programs and services to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a scholarship program for those that qualify. The application process is quick, easy and confidential!

Membership termination policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the last day of the month. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Withdrawing from a class
Credits, refunds and makeup classes will not be issued for classes missed for personal reasons. Please take all personal activities into account before registering for classes.

Corporate program
The Sanford-Springvale YMCA partners with local employers to offer incentives and programs to encourage area employees to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Other membership information

  • If the YMCA cancels a program before the start of a session, you will receive a full refund
  • All members will receive a membership card and are required to have it scanned upon entering the facility
  • Please show a picture ID when entering the YMCA without your membership card
  • Members 15 and over are asked to fill out a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before using the facility. 
  • Please refrain from using cell phones while at the YMCA
