Our pool at the YMCA provide a low to 0% impact setting for exercise. This environment is great for everything from athletic training to arthritis relief. Water naturally offers resistance that improves balance and is key to strengthening your core muscles. We have classes for every level of fitness. Find the class that is right for you! 

Aqua Fitness
This class is for those who like a challenge.  It is a combination of shallow and deep water exercise using intervals, circuit training and strength activities. The intensity is up to each individual.
Mon, Wed, Fri, 9-10am, 16+   Fee:  $35 Members      $128 Non-members                                                                      Tues & Thurs, 7-8pm, 16+ Fee: $23 Members   $91 Non-members                                                                          Saturday, 9-10am, 16+ FREE for members & non-members

Hydro Fit
This class incorporates all of the components of the other aqua fitness classes in a more progressive fashion. Participants can work on non-impact, low-impact or higher-impact as desired. The supportive environment provides a great exercise program for seniors, pregnant women, overweight and inactive individuals as well as people recovering from injury.

Youth/Teen Aquatic Fitness Fun
This is a drop in water exercise class for kids that is fun and will help increase strength, cardio endurance and  improve body awareness. Membership is not required but space will be limited to first come first served.
Free: Drop In
Wednesday, 7-7:45pm, 10-15 years
