Our pool at the YMCA provide a low to 0% impact setting for exercise. This environment is great for everything from athletic training to arthritis relief. Water naturally offers resistance that improves balance and is key to strengthening your core muscles. We have classes for every level of fitness. Find the class that is right for you!
Aqua Fitness
Register On-line Now This class incorporates all of the components of the other aqua fitness classes in a more progressive fashion. Participants can work on non-impact, low-impact or higher-impact as desired. The supportive environment provides a great exercise program for seniors, pregnant women, overweight and inactive individuals as well as people recovering from injury. Tuesday & Thursday, 9-10am, 16+ years Fee: $33 Members $110 Non-members
