Hydro Fit (Ages 16+)
This class incorporates all of the components of the other aqua fitness classes in a more progressive fashion. Participants can work on non-impact, low-impact or higher-impact surfaces as desired. The supportive environment provides a great exercise program for seniors, pregnant women, overweight and inactive individuals as well as people recovering from injury.
Tuesday, Thursday; 9:00-10:00am

Tai Chi
Tai Chi reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, increases flexibility, motion and strength, enhances body awareness and promotes mental well-being.
Instructor: Si Fu Craig Taylor; 2nd degree black belt
Wednesday; 7:00-8:00pm

Iyngar Yoga
Instructor: Laura Beauchesne; PT
Participants will learn to pay attention to their body alignment in order to break old postural habits which may cause pain or discomfort. Yoga will leave you invigorated and relaxed.
