The following is a list of current health and fitness programs centered on providing opportunities for older adults to lead an active lifestyle:

Hydro Kinetics
This aqua fitness class incorporates all of the components of other aqua fitness classes in a more progressive fashion.  Participants can work on non-impact, low-impact or higher-impact excercises as desired.  The supportive environment provides a great exercise program for seniors, over-weight and inactive individuals as well as people recovering from injury. 
Tuesday, 9-10am, 16+ 
Thursday, 9-10am, 16+
Fee: $33 for members and $110 for Non-members

Tai Chi
There have been numerous medical studies on the applicable uses of Tai Chi concerning particular conditions and injuries.  Tai Chi reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, increases flexibility, motion and strength, enhances body awareness, and promotes mental well-being. Instructor: Si Fu, Craig Taylor, 2nd degree black belt 
Friday, 6:30-7:30pm
Fee: $23 for members and $91 for Non-members

Iyngar Yoga
Participants will learn to pay attention to their body alignment in order to break old postural habits which may cause pain or discomfort.  Yoga will leave you invigorated and relaxed.  Instructor: Laura Beauchesne PT.
