Hydro Fit (Ages 16+)
This class incorporates all of the components of the other aqua fitness classes in a more progressive fashion. Participants can work on non-impact, low-impact or higher-impact surfaces as desired. The supportive environment provides a great exercise program for seniors, pregnant women, overweight and inactive individuals as well as people recovering from injury.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi reduces stress, improves balance and coordination, increases flexibility, motion and strength, enhances body awareness and promotes mental well-being.

Iyngar Yoga
Instructor: Laura Beauchesne; PT
Participants will learn to pay attention to their body alignment in order to break old postural habits which may cause pain or discomfort. Yoga will leave you invigorated and relaxed.  Â
