The Sanford-Springvale YMCA provides a diverse offering of programs and classes centered on helping our community lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Each program provides a positive and enriching environment where participants can develop self-confidence, meet new friends and build a strong and healthy mind, body and spirit. Health and Fitness Program schedules vary and not every class is offered every session. You must register for each program. Members may also register either in person or on-line. To take advantage of on-line registration, you must first sign up for an account and then click on the registration link below each program description.

(Health & Wellness Events) Finish off the year with a new challenge by participating in the Sanford-Springvale YMCA Iron Y!
