Health and Fitness programs are centered on offering a positive and enriching environment where participants can develop self-confidence, meet new friends and build a strong and healthy mind, body and spirit. Participants must register for each program and are open to members and non-members aged 16 and over.
Pilates
By working from the inside out, building upon core abdominal and back strength, Stott Pilates will help you develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. An anatomically based approach to the mind-body exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates, Stott Pilates is the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, training or rehabilitation. Flow Yoga
This class uses breathing and various yoga poses to release tension, build strength and stretch muscles. It is open to all levels and students are encouraged to work to their “edge” level with personal challenges. Each class ends with a deep relaxation period, leaving you energized and refreshed.

Tai Chi Yoga Fusion
As Yoga spread eastward, the practice changed giving the world Tai Chi and other martial arts disciplines. This class fuses the principles of Tai Chi and Yoga, to lengthen, strengthen and breathe in focused concentration.
