The Sanford-Springvale YMCA is located off of River Street in Sanford.

From I95-Traveling Northbound:
Take exit 19 (Sanford), take a right off exit on Rte. 109 towards Sanford. Travel 12 miles to the intersection of Rte. 202 & 109. Take a right hand turn onto Rte. 202. Travel .3 of a mile to the next set of lights, then take a left hand turn onto River Street. Travel 1.5 miles to the YMCA which will be on your left.

From I95-Traveling Southbound:
Take exit 32 (Biddeford), take a right off exit onto Rte. 111. Travel 14 miles to a set of lights & a John Deere Dealer on your right. Take a right hand turn unto Shaws Ridge Road and travel to next set of lights. At the lights take a hard left turn onto River Street. The YMCA is a quarter mile on the right.
